Sometimes I Feel Like It Just Won’t Work

It’s true. Sometimes and I don’t know why, but I feel this internet marketing thing isn’t going to work for me. I think it’s because it’s been over 1 year since I committed myself to doing it and yet I’ve only managed 1 sale so far.

Then I log onto Facebook and I’m surrounded by other marketers making obscene money online, such as Jani Ghaffor, Shaqir Hussyin, John Thornhill, Mark Anastasi and many more.

Then I wonder. They all weren’t born into this business. They all started with nothing, exactly where I am today and built their businesses from scratch.

So WHY am I allowing myself to feel negative about my circumstances?

Sure these guys have experienced what I’m experiencing right now but managed to overcome their mental weakness and overcame all obstacles.

What do these guys possess that I don’t have?

Could it be they all came from the same mentoring classes were some underground expert that taught them the skills to succeed. I think not. Respectively they all came on the internet marketing scene at different times.

Could it be that they are all related and have just shared the found secrets between them. I think not. Last time I checked Shaqir is of Asian heritage and Jani is of Singapore heritage. Whereas Mark is of Greek Heritage and John is British.

Could the answer lie on the systems they specialise in?

I think not. The last time I checked Shaqir is heavily involved with Social Media, Jani deals with mainly internet marketing products such as Get Facebook Ads Free, Mark is a specialist in Internet Marketing Events and John’s expertise are in eBay related information products.

If not then What the HELL could it be?

These guys all worked hard to get to where they are today. They did what they needed to do to get the ball rolling and have managed to build a following, which has made them money day in day out.

So I guess I’m not working hard enough. Then I think if I become more accountable of my time I can work harder and hopefully change my luck. Then my belief kicks in and the feeling of hope is bestowed upon me once again and I get back to work!

About me At secondary school I was so much in love with sports. I played football and was concentrating on a career in the sport. I left with 7 GCSE’s qualifications. I then did two years at sixth form and acquired 2 A-level qualifications. I then went to University but in my second year dropped out. I wasn’t satisfied with the degree and what I was learning from it. So I decided to venture into the REAL WORLD. In 2008 I managed to set up an eBay business. This was doing well until the market became saturated and competition was high. I then began looking for other ways online to make money. Fast forward to 2010 I made my first sale online through affiliate marketing. Since then I have been busy creating my own system, which I’m planning to release soon on Clickbank as an information product in the near future. Manie Amari

    Hi Manie,

Yes you are right, hard work and perseverance are two of the most vital ingredients that you need to succeed in Internet Marketing. However, you forgot to mention that you also need a mentor, one who talks plain english, and is easy to understand, and, also, who you can turn to in a hurry, when you come to a sticking point, or, inevitably, when you have a down day (let’s face it, we all have down days.).

Anyway, great blog my friend, keep up the great writing.

    Paul Power.
